Best Energy Website to be Named by Web Marketing Association in 28th Annual WebAward Competition

The Web Marketing Association’s 28th WebAward Competition at www.webaward.org is calling for the globe’s finest Energy websites to be recognized. This benchmarking competition evaluates 90 industries, including Energy, on seven criteria for a successful website. The deadline for entries from Energy websites is May 31, 2024.

“In the energy sector, websites emerge as crucial instruments for advertising services, detailing sustainability efforts, and interacting with stakeholders,” remarked William Rice, President of the Web Marketing Association. “The WebAward Competition offers an arena for energy industry websites to exhibit their ingenuity, novelty, and proficiency in presenting clean, dependable, and cost-effective energy solutions to their clientele and broader communities. This opportunity not only spotlights the site’s excellence but also grants valuable feedback and marketing advantages for both the award-winning websites and the professionals responsible for their development, underscoring their commitment to innovation and sustainable energy practices.”

The assessment of websites involves seven criteria: design, innovation, content, technological advancement, interactivity, copywriting, and simplicity of navigation. Each submission in the Energy division is compared to others in its category and to a global excellence benchmark.

Each Energy entry benefits from insightful feedback detailing their scores versus industry averages. They are also eligible to receive individualized comments on their web development from the WebAward’s professional judging team.

Winners of a WebAward in the Energy category will also receive:

  • A limited-edition Commemorative NFT
  • Increased visibility for their company
  • Marketing opportunity to promote the company website to the media
  • Links to your site from the highly ranked WebAward site to help SEO
  • Social media posts for your company and personal feeds
