About the Agency

IdeaWork was founded in 1999 with the singular goal of being the antidote to the big agency experience: produce top-level creative without the big agency bureaucracy. IdeaWork has offices in Santa Barbara, New York, and Las Vegas, and focuses on clients in the hospitality, gaming, nightlife, fitness, and luxury sectors.
