With more than 10 years experience in the digital marketing space James focuses on helping clients capture positive business outcomes through the utilization of a range of digital platforms and marketing programs.

At SMITH, James leads the agency's strategy and creative capabilities, including marketing and business strategy, audience insights, user experience design & creative across multiple screens.

Prior to SMITH, James served as Sr. Partner and Director of Digital at Carmichael Lynch, Head of Strategy at Organic, and VP/D Marketing at Digitas. Previous roles client side include driving long-range planning at Toyota and Lexus USA as well as multiple roles in merchandising and store management at Macys.

He has worked with brands such as T-Mobile, TopGolf, Subaru, USC, Hawaii Department of Education, AT&T, Microsoft, Honeywell and many more.
