Its website, OhioHealth.com, serves as a resource where patients can find nearby physicians and locations, access their medical records and billing information, learn about various health and wellness related topics, and more.
The organization has a vision to serve the community by promoting health and wellness not just for those who are suffering, but for everyone in an aim to be a partner in health rather than just sickness. They selected Perficient Digital as their partner to develop a two-year strategic digital roadmap and create the experience design and replatform of a new consolidated, responsive website geared towards an engaging and useful experience for their patients as well as an easy to manage system for their marketing team.
