The site is designed for companies and individuals actively involved in share investing. In particular, those who perform elaborate evaluation of a company prior to investing. Shareluze is a stock screener and a company research tool. The website currently covers only US public companies registered on nyse and nasdaq. Its unique value in comparison to other similar tools is its emphasis on textual data. All the data is extracted only from official company filings. It is extracted automatically by computers from thousands of filings available through SEC. All companies in U.S. are required to file periodic reports to SEC. Thus company coverage on the website is quite extensive. The solution of Shareluze for gathering public companies data is a blend of modern Cloud Computing techniques with the state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing algorithms that offers no human interference into data selection, thus providing the final user with objective company data.
