Our mission is to provide the hospitality industry with an integrated web solution that enables hoteliers to create and manage an engaging online presence with their stakeholders. Through Jasmine hoteliers are provided with a complete solution that allows the marketing team to manage content, launch marketing campaigns, manage customer relationships, build loyalty and most importantly, measure and optimise results. Jasmine is a product initiative launched in 2002. Since then MediaConcepts has grown rapidly to become one of the Asia's leading web solution providers in the hospitality industry. With the growth of Jasmine a network of partners is being developed to deliver cost effective, yet completely integrated solutions to the hospitality industry worldwide. From the first beta of Jasmine CMS some five years ago, the product has evolved into a complete web solutions suite, with the core objective remaining unchanged - to allow hoteliers to gain a 360 degree understanding and online interaction with prospects, customers and guests. As we move forward to Web 2.0 and beyond, we will continue to develop and refine Jasmine through client feedback, talented staff and partners remaining at the cutting edge of website marketing technology.
