About the Agency

The Texas Medical Association, the nation’s largest and one of the oldest state medical societies, is the voice of nearly 53,000 physician and medical student members across the state committed to improving the health of all Texans. In partnership with 110 county medical societies, TMA physicians have been setting high professional and ethical standards since 1853.
