Michelle’s passion is in helping organisations to get the most out of their websites and Intranets.
With a keen eye for good design and site architecture, Michelle is equally as passionate about great digital content and ensuring her clients have the tools, skills and knowledge to manage websites and Intranets effectively.
Michelle’s background is in providing online marketing and digital solutions for government and education. Having worked in and for both sectors across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, Michelle has a thorough understanding of the unique challenges these organisations face in building and managing large and complex digital websites.
Michelle established her own digital freelance company in 2000, and in 2009 merged with Alyka to establish a team of web professionals that specialise in complex digital websites. In 2015, Michelle started Q-Squared.
With an extensive background and skill-set in user-experience, information architecture, digital reviews and strategies and training, Michelle’s expertise is regularly called upon by local, State and Commonwealth governments as well as universities, training institutes and schools.
