THE CHALLENGE
T-Mobile’s monthly email newsletter, T-Mobile Minute, had achieved 14 straight months of strong engagement and performance. With unique open rates greater than an average of 40%, we were tasked with building on the momentum, driving impact across business lines, deepening customer loyalty, and maintaining overall success.

How would we continue to drive performance, provide value for customers, and deliver incredible results, while also creating testing opportunities to aid future campaigns?

THE ANSWER
To drive engagement, loyalty, and product/service conversions and provide value across its audience, we used T-Mobile’s new newsletter template system as a platform to optimize content hierarchy and strengthen engagement to build brand affinity.

Leveraging T-Mobile’s 2nd largest email audience by volume, we continued to use value add services and audience segmentation to create valuable testing opportunities for future 2023 T-Mobile Minute campaigns. See full entry for Work and Results.
