BUILDER is Logicworks' custom configuration tool for designing cloud computing and dedicated hosting solutions. Second Thought's design and build created a one-of-a-kind interactive tool in the information technology industry, helping Logicworks revitalize its brand and streamline its business process. Featuring original artwork and custom icons, the graphic and fun interface is easily accessible by both tech-savvy users and those with less technical knowledge.

Elements of the build are represented in both images and words for visual associations, and can be dragged and dropped into place with ease. Users select customizable components for their desired build from a drag-and-drop interface. Once the build is complete, users can download it, share it with teammates or on Facebook, or move on to review by a Logicworks technical consultant.

The tool offers two paths to begin building: Recommended Solutions, which offers pre-configured build elements; and Start from Scratch, which offers individual elements to be configured by the user. Each path further categorizes the build by functionality and type of business. Also included is a live chat with Sales feature where users can get real time assistance with their build. BUILDER has proved to be an effective sales tool for Logicworks, generating meaningful leads when potential customers submit their builds.
