Charles Schwab Financial Consultants always want to do right by their clients. To celebrate their employees and demonstrate that commitment to potential new clients, Charles Schwab turned to Infillion’s TrueX engagement ads – which allow users to opt into a lighter ad load in exchange for an interactive experience. Once they’ve spent a minimum of 30 seconds with the ad, they can get back to their content with fewer commercial breaks. By utilizing the simple, powerful TrueX Foundation Blueprint user flow, Charles Schwab was able to amplify their current video creative, which showcases their real employees, with additional copy that ties their transparent pricing directly to the current user experience: “That’s why we always offer transparent pricing, and why we’re treating you to fewer ads.” The user could then click on a button to learn more about Charles Schwab’s services. That extra layer of personalization, alongside clean branding and active-CTA language drove a 5.2% click-thru-rate and statistically significant brand lift – increasing consideration by 13% and preference by 21%.
