The goal of this video is to persuade more organizations to participate with STRIVE DC, either in a “Help” or “Hire” capacity and to show that STRIVE DC’s program works by transforming the hard-to-employ into responsible, working members of the community. STRIVE DC is changing the DC community for the better by contributing to productive, self-supportive citizens who want to be responsible members of the workforce.
