INTERACTIVE INVESTOR RELATIONS AWARDS

                         GUIDELINES

"Thank you for acknowledging Lucent.com with this award. It honors all of the hard work we have put into our site and gives us independent feedback on how to improve.   We recognize it takes many hours to review each Web site and that most judges are volunteers. We appreciate the time and effort of these volunteers to help us improve Lucent.com."

who may enter

The iIR Awards Competition is open to all organizations and individuals involved in the process of developing corporate Web sites dedicated to investor relations. Web sites entered must have been available to the public in calendar year 2006 through the competition deadline date (no sites from past years that are no longer available). The person submitting the entry will be considered the "nominator" and will receive all communications regarding the WebAward Competition. You do not have to be a member of the Web Marketing Association (WMA) to enter.

what to submit

Entries must be submitted online using the Online Entry Form found on the iIR Awards competition Web site. A Web site is considered entered after a completed online entry form and payment of the entry fee is received by the WMA prior to the competition deadline. A text version of the entry form can be downloaded to view required entry information, but entries can only be accepted electronically.

industry categories

See the entry form for a complete industry category listing. Selection of appropriate category(ies) is the responsibility of the nominator.  Nominators may enter Web sites in multiple categories, if appropriate. However, separate entry forms and fees are required for each category entered. The Web Marketing Association reserves the right to add or eliminate categories during the competition. The industry categories are intentionally broad based to accommodate the majority of Web sites developed today. If you would like to suggest a new category, please email us.

   award plaques and certificates

iIR Awards are granted at two levels. Sites will be judged against an overall standard of  excellence and qualify for an Outstanding IR Web Site Award based upon the total score given to the entry by the judges. These winners will receive a personalized certificate of achievement. Sites that receive the highest average score from the judges within a given industry category are awarded a "Best of Industry" Award and will receive a personalized plaque featuring an engraved image of the entry homepage to commemorate the achievement.

All iIR Award winners will receive either a certificate or plaque personalized in the following format:

Nominating or Winning Company

Entry Name

iIR Award Level

Additional copies of interactive Investor Relations Award plaques and certificates, which can be personalized to recognize individual contribution, will be available at the conclusion of the competition.

entry fees

The fee for each entry in the iIR Award Competition is $175. Entry fees are designed to minimize the entry of low quality Web sites and cover the costs of running and marketing the competition.

Entry fees are payable online through our secure server via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) or by check. A receipt or invoice for entry fees will be generated by the online entry form submission process.  Nominators, who have security concerns, may submit their entry form online and mail payment to the Web Marketing Association along with the site's entry number. The WMA is not responsible for misdirected entry fees when the appropriate entry number is not included.

To submit entry fees by mail, please make checks payable to Web Marketing Association. Checks must be drawn from a US bank in US dollars. Submit the entry online and mail the check with the entry number clearly indicated to:
